About Us

We are a group of Urban Revitalization Dreamers focused on making the 300 block of Elm Street in Quincy, Illinois a Victorian Guesthouse Village, and the neighborhood around it a better, happier, and more beautiful place. While renovating our Circa 1800's properties into friendly guesthouses with Historic Victorian Charm, we plan to help organize neighborhood fundraisers, exciting community-building events, and work to create a vibrant hilltop retreat on the bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River in downtown Quincy.
